- These tariffs are for
self-catering apartments. This means there is no daily housekeeping
service for stays of 6 nights or less.
- For stays of 7 nights or more,
there is a weekly housekeeping service.
- Guests may order housekeeping
services during their stay. The charges are listed above.
- Maximum number of guests in a
1-bedroom apartment is 2 people, plus a baby in a cot.
- The tariff for a 2-bedroom
apartment is for 4 people. A fifth person can be accommodated if
the guest is happy to sleep in an upper/lower bunk or a foldabed.
The charge for a fifth person is $25 per night. If the fifth
person is a child 15 years or younger and staying with a family, there
is no fifth person charge. A baby in a cot may stay in
addition to the maximum numbers rule described here.
