- Prices are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST (Goods & Services Tax).
- These tariffs are for self-catering apartments.
- The rates quoted are for up to two people in a one-bedroom apartment and up to four people in a two-bedroom apartment. Extra adults will attract an extra charge of $30 per night.
- Please note that you may be charged a different room rate for each night.
- Apartments are not serviced daily. Rubbish is removed daily; fresh towels supplied on demand.
- For stay seven nights or longer, a weekly housekeeping service is supplied.
- Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates applying at the time of you making a booking will be honoured.
- A third person sleeping in a one-bedroom apartment will cost an additional $30 per night and this person will be sleeping on a foldabed. If the person is 15 years or younger, there will be no extra charge for the foldabed.
- A fifth person sleeping in a two-bedroom apartment will cost an additional $30 per night and this person will be sleeping on a folder bed. If the fifth person is 15 years or younger, there will be no extra charge for the foldabed.

- You will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit by credit card to confirm your booking.
- You may be required to produce photo ID (Driver's Licence or Passport) upon Check-In.
- You will be required to provide a security deposit at Check-In by credit card or cash, to guarantee payment of any incidental charges.
- You will be required to pay an additional bond of $200 when paying your accommodation in cash and present a valid ID ( passport / proof of age card / driving license ).
- Unless accompanied by parent(s) / legal guardian(s) all patrons staying at the hotel need to be 18 years old and above.
